With a king-sized bed and new smart tv in the primary bedroom, an enclosed twin bunk room in the hallway, and a queen-sized sleeper and flat-screen tv in the living area, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation, with a dining area with seating for four. Take a short stroll right across the street to the beach, relax on your private patio, or check out some of the amenities and attractions at Gulf Place. Everything you need is right here. Choose to eat out at excellent nearby restaurants (many within walking distance) or eat in (Publix and Walmart are just up the road)!

The summer months offer various entertainment for all vacationers. After enjoying a day of fun and sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, there is nothing like a swim in one of our three community pools (two seasonally heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, charcoal grilling areas, a large outdoor amphitheater, and walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and beach access directly across the street! A few steps away, you will find an abundance of  shops and dining options at Gulf Place. In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Cabanas building is in the middle of it all! Located on Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Gulf Place is home to the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters on the emerald coast.

For those who like to ride bikes and explore nature, 30A offers a nineteen-mile bike/walking trail that has preserved parks with all that nature can offer. Also, along 30A, there are shops, dining, and entertainment for everyone. If eating is your pleasure, restaurants along 30A are the best. Along this nineteen-mile road, you will also find many quaint shops, art galleries, and live concerts and festivals.
