With beautiful granite countertops, a gas range, a separate ice maker, and a beverage cooler, you have everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal. The dining table seats up to 8 plus additional seating at the island and on the screened-in porch. Enjoy your coffee or curl up with a book on the porch swing. Dine al fresco or sit back and enjoy the scenery.

Located along the Gulf of Mexico is the newly expanded Watercolor Beach Club. Enjoy spectacular beach views, a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero entry. In addition to the fabulous pools, the club offers dining and drinks at the WaterColor Grill and Costa Chica. Also included in your rental is access to Camp Watercolor with a zero-entry pool, lazy river, and dining at The Canteen.

Please note: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Guests may rent only one golf cart per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
