Ideally located directly across the street from The Big Chill in the Prominence North community, this 3BR/2.5BA luxury townhome is affectionately known as “The Recovery Room.” The open-plan layout allows for seamless conversation between the kitchen and dining areas. Plan your day while you enjoy your morning coffee at the large island. This two-story townhouse sleeps up to nine guests in three upstairs bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. The main suite features a king bed, ample natural light, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle below. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is on the first floor, off the dining area.

This corner-unit townhome faces a shared green space and a lovely wooded area. Frolic on the green or take a stroll through the trees. Lounge on the deck while enjoying a crisp beverage and taking in the view of the greenery.

Parking is available for three cars (two in the driveway and one in the garage). Street parking is prohibited.

Lounge at one of the two resort-style pools available year-round (the North pool is heated in March, April, October, and November), relax at the pool house, grill your local catch, and then dine at the outdoor pavilions. Walk just 3 minutes to The Big Chill, and enjoy world-class entertainment with live music, family-friendly movies, football on the big screen, shops, and a large selection of dining options.

Known for ecotourism and its coastal dune lakes, nature lovers will appreciate access to all the trails, parks, and lakes 30A offers. With 27 miles of bike trails, five state parks, and 15 coastal dune lakes, there is plenty to feed your appetite for adventure! Continue exploring on bikes along the 30A bike path that stretches 17 miles meandering through the unique beach communities.

Please note: Golf cart rentals in Prominence must be made through 30A Gulf Carts and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Guests may rent only one golf cart per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
